CANCELLATION POLICY
At Anastacia Beauty Lounge, a deposit is required to secure all appointments and is non-refundable but applied toward your service total. Clients must complete all consent forms before their appointment, as unfinished paperwork will reduce service time. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and repeated no-shows without communication may result in a permanent booking ban. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; after that, a $10 late fee applies for every additional 10 minutes, and excessively late arrivals may lead to a shortened or canceled service to avoid delaying other clients.
